Saint Augustine put it beautifully when he said that in the Eucharist, we hear Christ’s voice saying to us: ‘Become what you receive’. If we receive the Body of Christ then, we must become the Body of Christ for the world. And that means living as He lived – humbly, selflessly and with love that does not count the cost.”
